If you receive an error when filling out your SGI or health card information during the registration process, please message the Online Assistant (Blue chat box below) and type "SGI Error" or "Health Services (HSN) Error" and you will receive some potential solutions and tips on how to enter your information.

Please note that the eHealth Saskatchewan Service Desk will only be able to provide assistance with MySaskHealthRecord, and will have limited ability to assist in other software or hardware issues.
