eHealth's Social Media Policy
Comments are monitored during business hours, Monday - Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
We want to ensure that comments contribute to a productive conversation for everyone participating. We understand that sometimes you may have concerns or issues, but please ensure that you keep things polite and considerate. We’ll try to answer all questions, but we cannot commit to replying to every comment posted.
If comments are determined to be profane, inappropriate, offensive, provide misinformation, promote third party events/business, are hateful or violate privacy etc. they will be removed. Individuals or businesses who repeatedly post inappropriate material will be banned.
Please do not send or post any personal health information, including health card or social insurance numbers to eHealth's direct messages or in the comments for your personal security and safety.
