Taking your health in your hands has never been easier. Download the new MySaskHealthRecord mobile app to get all the same great features in a handy format.

• See lab test results, medical imaging reports, immunization history, prescription history, clinical documents, and clinical visit history.
• Add your own information to track and generate reports, set medication and appointment reminders.
• Share your information with family or loved ones.

The mobile app works on Apple iOS 14 and newer or Android V11 or newer. Find it in the Apple or Google Play app stores.

All data is stored securely and can be accessed through a personalized log in, using Government of Saskatchewan identify verification processes.
