eHR Viewer Account Registration

​​​​New users to the eHR Viewer need to complete the following steps:

  1. Watch the QuickStart Video and Privacy Video

  2. Review the eHR Viewer Joint Service​s​ Access Policy

  3. If your organization is not registered, please register your organization using the eHR Viewer Organization Request Form

  4. Create a myeHealth Account

    F    or Physicians: enter "eHS Physicians" in the Organization field when registering.

  5. Await email confirmation.

​For existing accounts

If you already have an existing myeHealth Account and need to add or change your organization or facility, simply login to select "Add or change Organization/Facility" or select the "Update Organization or Facility" link below.
