Regional Health Authority Users
If you have access to your Regional Health Authority Network, contact your local Information Technology support to register.
New users who need to access the Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) need to complete the following steps:

Accessing PACS IntelliSpace (for Web and Desktop)
PACS IntelliSpace is an application that gives authorized users access to patient information and images using a client designed specifically for desktop.
The client can be accessed through the use of the desktop application, which requires installation. Users also have the option to access IntelliSpace PACS using Internet Explorer on desktop.
Users will need to connect via Virtual Private Network (VPN) before gaining access to the PACS IntelliSpace.
Accessing PACS Anywhere Viewer (for Mobile)
PACS Anywhere Viewer is available for users who use tablet and mobile devices. The web-based application is designed for users to view images, and is not to be used for diagnostic purposes.
PACS Anywhere Viewer does not require installation – other than having a supported HTML 5 compliant browser and platform.
Users will, however, need to install a Virtual Private Network (VPN) application on their device of choice before accessing PACS Anywhere using their mobile device’s browser.
