To help avoid delays:
- Apply online – Order certificates online.
- Apply by courier – If you aren't able to apply online, send your paper form by courier.

For documents being delivered to an address outside of Saskatchewan you will need to make your own arrangements with a courier service. Please call our office for more information.
- Visit in person – In Regina, order and pay for certificates at our front desk, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. (excluding holidays).
