Check Certificate Order Status

If you submitted an online order for a Death Certificate, you can  check the status of your order at any time.

To do so, you need:

•  The Postal Code submitted with the certificate order

And, one of the following:

• Order receipt ID
• Email address provided in the certificate order, or
  
• Applicant's full name (as entered in the certificate order)
