Part of this access may require ethics approval. Users may also be required to complete appropriate Data Sharing or Research Agreements.
The following list consists of Saskatchewan's approved research ethics committees covered under Section 29 of

Health Research Data Platform - Saskatchewan
Data from the Person Health Registry System can be accessed for research and linked to data holdings from other trustees, including researcher and clinician collected data, through the Health Research Data Platform Saskatchewan (HRDP-SK).
HRDP-SK provides coordinated and timely access to administrative and clinical health datasets from multiple health trustees in a remote access environment.
The HRDP-SK team manages and coordinates the data access process for researchers. This includes:
- Guidance, support and coaching for applying to access our managed data holdings and/or to link them to other data sets (including researcher collected data).
- A streamlined, harmonized and transparent access procedure for applying for data from multiple data trustees.
- Online training resources for researchers at different stages of the data access process.
