In 2019, Liam was the most popular name for baby boys for the 10th year in a row, and Olivia was the most popular name for baby girls for the sixth year in a row.
The second most popular boy name was Noah and the second most popular girl name was Amelia. There were 91 baby boys named Liam in 2019, followed by Noah, William and Jack. There were 62 baby girls named Olivia, followed by Amelia, Sophia and Harper.
Maverick debuted on the boy list at number 20 and Violet and Nora made their debuts in the girl list at number 14 and number 16, respectively.
