Ever wonder what takes place behind-the-scenes when an ambulance is dispatched to a call?
We're teaming up with the Regina Qu'Appelle Health Region's Emergency Medical Services (EMS) team to give you an inside-look of a full 12-hour shift, where anything can happen.
Follow along using the hashtag #eHRViewerLive beginning Tuesday, February 7 at 5:30 a.m. to see first-hand how Regina EMS is using technology to access critical patient information at the touch of a finger.
Those without a Twitter account can follow the live tweeting on Twitter search. Existing users with Twitter can follow along on eHealth Saskatchewan's official account @eHealthSask.
The virtual ride along is part of a six-month pilot project to deliver patient care safer, sooner and smarter using the eHR Viewer – giving Paramedics secure access to a patient's labs, prescription history and immunization records when every second counts.
Don't miss out on this exciting opportunity to see first-hand how digital tools like the eHR Viewer are transforming the delivery of patient care.
