Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) is an interactive virtual clinician-patient platform that enables patients to monitor health factors​ from the comfort of their homes and share this information electronically with their provider.

​The Remote Patient Monitoring solution currently supported by eHealth is TELUS ​​​Home Health Monitoring (HHM).

HHM is an interactive virtual clinician/patient platform that enables patients with defined medical condition to monitor their condition and share information with their health care team from the comfort of their home.

This solution allows clinicians to tailor their work flow and create customizable care plans according to a patient's condition and needs.  Patients are then able to use their own computer/Ipad/phone to enter biometrics and complete interview questionnaires within the monitoring plan created  by their care provider. Data collected will allow clinicians to  assist patients in successfully managing their health.​
