Certificate processes may continue to be delayed following the Canada Post service disruption. This includes:
- Delivery of certificates to applicants
- Delivery of paper applications sent via Canada Post
To help avoid delays:
- Apply online – Order certificates online.
- Apply by courier - If you aren't able to apply online, send your paper form by courier.
- Visit in person – In Regina, order and pay for certificates at our front desk, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. (excluding holidays)
Certificates will be mailed out in the order applications were received.
If your certificate application is urgent you can request courier delivery to a street address in Saskatchewan for an additional fee of $30. For documents being delivered to an address outside of Saskatchewan you will need to make your own arrangements with a courier service. Please call our office at 1-800-667-7551 for more information.
