Saskatchewan Virtual Visit
Saskatchewan Virtual Visit (SKVV) is a service that helps patients and health care providers meet online. It supports virtual appointments and the digital steps needed to provide care from a distance.
SKVV is a secure video appointment tool made for health care.
With SKVV, patients and providers can:
- meet virtually
- use video, audio and chat
- join from a computer, smartphone or tablet
- use mobile apps
Providers can also:
- schedule appointments
- manage virtual waiting rooms
- invite patients to join a clinic
How it works
- A provider must start the process. Patients can’t sign up on their own.
- The health care provider invites the patient to a virtual appointment. The patient joins from home or another location using a secure link or app.
