To request health data for research purposes, complete the request for information form.

Health Research Data Platform – Saskatchewan
The Health Research Data Platform – Saskatchewan (HRDP-SK) provides researchers with secure access to linked health data from multiple Saskatchewan stakeholders. The platform provides timely and secure access to health system data for approved research projects. HRDP-SK is managed by the Saskatchewan Centre for Patient-Oriented Research (SCPOR). The HRDP-SK team supports researchers by:
- guiding applicants through the process
- coordinating requests across multiple organizations
- providing online training resources

The Health Research Data Platform - Saskatchewan (HRDP-SK) is Saskatchewan’s first health research platform that combines data from multiple organizations. It gives researchers faster, easier access to health data, helping them answer important health questions more efficiently.
