Clinics need an approver before clinic users can register for CDM-QIP.
Register a clinic approver
- The organization, such as a clinic, completes the eHR Viewer organizational approval form to identify its approvers.
- The organization is notified by email when set up is complete.
- The approver completes online registration using a username from myeHealth.
- eHealth sets up the approver account. This may take up to two business days.
- The approver receives an email when setup is complete.
- The approver completes online training.
- The approver tells clinic users they can start registering.
Clinic users
Once the approver has been set up, clinic users can register.
Providers must:
- Complete the CDM-QIP and eHR Viewer request forms and submit to eHealth Service Desk.
- Complete the online registration form.
- Use the username sent to you by email.
- Add your common provider number to myeHealth.
An email notification is sent to the approver to review. The approver confirms or rejects the application and notifies the clinic user of the final decision.
Adding common provider number (CPN)
All providers enrolled in CDM-QIP must add their common provider number (CPN) to their online profile. You only need to do this once. Add your CPN before recording CDM-QIP observations in eHR Viewer or your electronic medical record (EMR).
To add your CPN:
- Log in to myeHealth and select Personal Information.
- Scroll to Provider Info.
- Select your Provider Type from the drop-down menu.
- Enter your ProviderNo, which is your CPSS license number
- Select Update.
