Executive team

Davin was appointed CEO to eHealth in January 2023, having served in the role in an interim capacity for the preceding 11 months. This period under his leadership was marked by several accomplishments for the organization. These included wrapping up a multi-year project to successfully transition more than 200 former Saskatchewan Health Authority employees to eHealth and ramping up operational supports for health system initiatives and services placed on the backburner during the pandemic. Davin was also part of the team that won the Premier’s Award for Excellence in Public Service for eHealth’s work on pandemic vaccine verification.

Davin values accountability and emphasizes working through challenges together while not dwelling on them. He believes trust and integrity are paramount and no single individual is responsible for our successes.

Prior to becoming CEO, Davin served as eHealth's Vice President of Programs and Technology. In that position he worked closely with health system partners to plan, deliver, support, and optimize strategic initiatives and operational clinical systems to improve health information sharing and patient care. Davin's other notable achievements since joining the organization in 2013 include leading the launch of the MySaskHealthRecord secure website to give citizens access to personal health information, developing and leading the provincial Electronic Health Record strategy and delivery, and leading development and implementation of the Chronic Disease Management Quality Improvement Program. Before joining eHealth, Davin was the Program Lead for the Saskatchewan Electronic Medical Record Program with the Saskatchewan Medical Association and worked in private sector IT in business development and relationship management.

As the Vice President of Digital Services and Chief Information Officer for eHealth, Aaron plays a pivotal role in enhancing health information sharing and improving patient care. He works closely with health system partners and citizens to plan, deliver, and support strategic technology initiatives and operational clinical systems. In addition to overseeing the provincial Electronic Health Record, Aaron is responsible for managing IT services across eHealth, ensuring that all provincial health partners have access to reliable and advanced technology solutions.

Aaron's dynamic and forward-thinking approach results in tangible solutions and proven outcomes. He values integrity, adaptability, and collaboration ‒ qualities that are essential for driving successful organizational change in complex business and technology environments.

Since joining eHealth in 2012, Aaron has steadily advanced through a series of increasingly responsible positions. He most recently served as the Executive Director of Service Strategy and Chief Architect, leading the organization's digital transformation efforts. His work has been instrumental in driving innovative solutions that benefit health care providers and patients alike.

Before his tenure at eHealth, Aaron gained valuable experience in Manitoba, where he worked in health care IT within a similar environment. This experience provided him with a strong foundation in the sector and a consistent focus on leveraging technology to improve health care outcomes across the province.

As VP of Communications and Public Relations, Lorri is responsible for the internal and external communications channels that support eHealth's work, in turn supporting the health system. She is also responsible for the Health Registries and Vital Statistics areas, key touchpoints for citizens accessing health cards and information related to critical life events.

Lorri has considerable government experience, with expertise in organizational communications, media relations, issues management and awareness campaigns. Lorri's professional experience spans a number of ministries and Crown corporations in roles of increasing responsibility, including Highways, Finance, Health, STC and SGI. Lorri holds a Journalism and Communications degree from the University of Regina. She is a three-time recipient of the Premier's Award for Excellence in the Public Service.

With her strong leadership skills and collaborative nature, Lorri believes teamwork is critical to meeting organizational goals. Lorri believes in strategic, direct, timely and transparent messaging that speaks to why something matters. She strives to make information and services relevant and user-centric. Personal accountability is at the core of her work ethic.

As Vice President of Policy, Planning and Human Resources, Shauna focuses on strategy, policy, records management, and ensuring our growing organization has the resources it needs to meet the complex demands of the Saskatchewan health system. She’s also responsible for equipping our employees with what they need to succeed, Shauna approaches her work with a strong focus on collaboration and partnership, joking that her rural roots drive a "keep it simple, keep it practical" philosophy.

Over the past two decades Shauna has gained extensive experience serving clients across the Saskatchewan public service, including the ministries of Environment, Parks Culture Sport, Finance, and Health. She has built teams and led senior level consulting across a range of human resource services, including labour relations, talent development, organizational diagnosis and design, leadership development, and strategic workforce planning.

Shauna served four years as Mayor of Pense, was a member of the Regina-Moose Jaw Economic Co-ordination Committee, and a member of the board of the Saskatchewan Transportation Company.

As the Vice President Information Security & Privacy and Chief Information Security Officer, Crystal is responsible for guiding eHealth's approach to IT security, information privacy, and risk and disaster recovery, as well as collaborating across the organization and health care sector to keep Saskatchewan's provincial health system secure. Crystal seeks to challenge established norms and promote agile thinking within organizations to drive change, and to promote growth, development, and creativity to inspire enthusiasm in employees.

Throughout her 20-year career, Crystal has embraced challenging roles that required her to design and enhance business functions, address complex organizational challenges, and develop strategic partnerships to advance and align programs. Crystal's expertise in technology and information risk, cyber resilience, enterprise risk, and public sector renewal enables her to enhance eHealth's information security efforts.

Before joining eHealth, Crystal was the Director of Technology, Information, and 3rd Party Risk with Farm Credit Canada (FCC). Crystal also previously held the role of Director of Information Security for the Government of Saskatchewan, where she oversaw the cyber and information security programs in a complex IT environment.

Her experience demystifying risk language and influencing change supports eHealth's ongoing efforts to work collaboratively with health system partners to ensure access to health care is reliable and secure, and the IT systems that support health care and sharing of health information are protected.

Crystal is a lifelong resident of Saskatchewan and holds an MBA from the Kenneth Levene Graduate School of Business at the University of Regina, further complementing her leadership in information security and organizational strategy.
