Who can register
You can register for MySaskHealthRecord if you:
- have a valid Saskatchewan health card
- are 14 years or older
Registering for someone else?
Parents, caregivers and legal representatives can request access for another person.

What you need
Registration takes about 5–10 minutes. Before you start, please have:
- your Saskatchewan health card
- your own email address that you'll be able to access long term
- a valid SGI driver’s license or non-driver’s photo ID
- access to your phone or email to receive a verification code
How to register
Create a Saskatchewan.ca account
If you already have a Saskatchewan.ca account, skip to the next step.
Verify your identity
You’ll need your SGI driver’s licence or non-driver’s photo ID and your Saskatchewan health card.
Once your account is activated, it may take up to 48 hours for your health information to appear.
