MySaskHealthRecord keeps my health information in one place

While on vacation in India, I needed medical care for a foot injury. MySaskHealthRecord gave me quick access to my medication list and lab history, which I could share with the doctor to support my care. 

I logged into MySaskHealthRecord and reviewed my Prescription medications and Lab results. I was also able to download my health history as a PDF, making it easier to share the information in one document. 

Without MySaskHealthRecord, I would have had to rely on separate sources for my medication information and may not have been able to easily access my previous lab results.
