Renewal sticker returns identified in PHRS View

Health card renewal stickers will be distributed to Saskatchewan households starting Sept. 4. Throughout the health card renewal process we’re asking for PHRS users for their support making sure card holders know to update their address. Please see the following instructions and screen grabs.

1. Validating a patient’s address

- Before logging in, you’ll receive a reminder to verify the patient’s address.
- If the address they provide is different than the address displayed in PHRS View, ask them to contact eHealth to update their information.
- If the address is correct but it was changed after July 16, 2026, their stickers will have been sent to an incorrect address.
2. Notifying a patient that their renewal package was returned to eHealth
Basic search (results)

- There will be a message in a yellow call-out box if a health card renewal package was returned to eHealth. Please ask the patient to contact eHealth to update their address and ensure their coverage continues.
- Their coverage is still valid at this time if it appears under the Current Coverage section.
Advanced search (results)

- There will be a message in a yellow call-out box if a health card renewal package was returned to eHealth. Please ask the patient to contact eHealth to update their address and ensure their coverage continues.
- Their coverage is still valid at this time if it appears under the Basic Program section.
- The message will display for the person in the family selected. It typically applies to all family members – you can select the family member from the top grid to see the message and information for that individual.
