As part of the PIP 3.5 upgrade on May 29, 2016 changes have been made to the PIP MedRec Form – Preadmission Medication List/Physician Order Form.
The changes are summarized in a letter from the Ministry of Health and eHealth Saskatchewan, as well as three draft forms for training purposes.
