Become an Organ Donor

Health Card renewal packages contain organ and tissue donor stickers. These stickers can be placed on your Health Card, if you choose to be a donor.

The package also includes a form that requires both you and a family member to provide signed consent. Remember to speak with your family about your wishes to be a donor. In Saskatchewan, organs and tissues will not be donated without your family or next-of-kin's consent, even if you have a sticker on your Health Card.
