I have not received my package

Please note: Healt
h Registries is receiving a high volume of requests for new health cards, so turnaround times are slower than usual. Currently, health card applications are being processed within about 20 business days from the time we receive the application. This does not include mailing time.

Become an Organ Donor

Health card renewal packages contain organ and tissue donor stickers. These stickers can be placed on your health card, if you choose to be a donor.

The package also includes a form that requires both you and a family member to provide signed consent. Remember to speak with your family about your wishes to be a donor.

In Saskatchewan, organs and tissues will not be donated without your family or next-of-kin's consent, even if you have a sticker on your health card.
