Eligibility for Health Benefits
Eligibility for health coverage for Saskatchewan residents, students, people moving to and from Saskatchewan (including special classes of newcomers) or temporarily absent from the province.
Health Coverage Outside Saskatchewan and Canada
Some services received outside the province are covered by Saskatchewan Health. In some cases,prior approval is required.
Extended Benefits and Drug Plan
Benefits provided to low income families, individuals or families receiving Social Assistance, seniors on fixed incomes and those whose drug cost are high in relation to their income.
Supplementary Health Benefits
Those who qualify for Supplementary Health benefits are eligible for a number of health services and products.
